Becoming the Weeping Willow

This is the makeup for Willow the Huma-dryad. It is not under the face and body paint catagory because this is NOT paint or anything other than regular cosmetics (minus the elf ears). Few people realize how fair my skin is, and the fact that this to me is honestly about as much "coverage" as my dark elf. That is part of the reason I took this shot out of garb, so people could see the contrast. I use the darkest liquid foundation I can find, bronzer, brown eye shadow, and brown and green soft eyeliner. The ears are blended using the foundation. Step by step I might think of something else, but that is about it. Becoming the character - makeup alone - takes about 2 hours and is self-applied. Other items used were brown e.l.f. eyelashes & green & hazel GEO contacts (my eyes are actually teal).

And for the record, yes, I did dye my hair green. It is manic panic semi-perminant hair dye. In the future I will have a wig of a shade that more closely matches the green in my makeup.

P.S. - Excuse my clothing: that is not what this is about. I need my flesh available when I do makeup, and wear only my undergarments so I know how much coverage I need. Any makeup artist I know understands.
